We build cultures where people & business thrive

Build inclusive organisation cultures with a new formula:

HR insight, people-first strategies, and practical tools for long-term success.

Inclusion & Diversity REIMAGINED...

Inclusion isn’t a buzzword; it’s how business wins.

Andrea Dermody & team know how to INFLUENCE SYSTEMS, SHIFT CULTURE, and create STRATEGIES THAT STICK.

We speak YOUR LANGUAGE, work alongside your team, and help you take small, strategic actions that

drive LASTING BUSINESS IMPACT.

Want a workplace where people thrive
& businesses lead the future?

WORK WITH US IN 3 WAYS:

1

ADVISORY

Think of this as just-in-time Leadership and D&I support.

From three hours of quick-fire advice or 12 months of steady partnership, we give your HR team the boost it needs to deliver inclusion with confidence. Or work with us one-on-one to support underrepresented employees, helping them navigate the culture, grow their influence, and thrive.

2

CONSULTANCY

Advice is great, but sometimes you need more. That’s where consultancy comes in. We partner with you end-to-end - from strategy design to hands-on delivery - cutting through the noise and focusing on what really moves the needle. If you want more than a plan on paper, we’ll help you make change happen and guide you along the way.

3

TRAINING

D&I training shouldn’t be a tick-box exercise. Ours is built to stick. From employee networks and board development to leadership programmes that fast-track diverse talent, we design interactive learning that sparks real change. This isn’t about awareness; it’s about equipping your people with the tools to lead inclusion every day.

SIGNATURE Dermody Programmes

Our 5 programmes can be customised to your culture, giving your teams the clarity,
confidence, and tools to make inclusion part of every day:

01.

Employee Networks

This programme will help to build resilient employee networks that go beyond awareness to deliver real business impact. Done right, they become culture-shapers, talent magnets, and engines of business impact. This programme gives members and sponsors the tools to build resilient, strategic networks that last, with a clear purpose, measurable results, and influence that reaches every corner of the organisation.

02.

Ready to Rise:
the Leadership launchpad

Talent is everywhere; opportunity is not. This immersive programme unlocks the potential of women and all underrepresented talent, giving them the visibility, confidence, and networks they need to rise. Because participants don’t just learn leadership, they step into it.

Invest in your future leaders and build a pipeline that reflects the diversity of your organisation.

03.

Becoming the CEO of your career

Every career has turning points. The question is: are you leading them, or letting them happen to you? Your career is your most important business - and you are the CEO. This powerful masterclass gives women the clarity, confidence, and tools to take charge of their growth and future with purpose. Expect bold vision-setting, practical planning, and the skills to thrive and shine in today’s workplace.

04.

REIMAGINING EDI

Inclusion isn’t a statement; it’s a habit. This hands-on session provides leaders, teams, and HR professionals with the tools to embed equity and belonging into their daily work. From spotting barriers to building a bold roadmap, it’s about moving beyond the numbers to make inclusion real, learning how to audit culture honestly and how to build a multi-year inclusion roadmap with our signature B.R.A.V.E. model.

05.

Inclusive leadership

True inclusion begins in the boardroom. This programme equips senior leaders with the tools, insight, and courage to embed diversity and inclusion into everyday decision-making - driving better governance, stronger cultures, and lasting business results. Help your leaders move beyond good intentions to lead with impact. This programme is the foundation of lasting cultural change.

Andrea took the time to learn about our strategic objectives and organisational culture, and about where we were on the D&I journey.

As a result, her observations and recommendations have been both

insightful and of practical benefit.
